Summer travel season is here

dog traveling in car

Memorial Day weekend is only a week away, and it kicks off the summer travel season. I know that many of them look forward to getting away. What is the plan for your dog? Planning ahead for your canine companion is just as important as to make your own arrangements. To bring your dog along on trips can be a ton of fun, if you do it right. If you have decided to travel with your dog, make sure you plan accordingly to ensure a fun and safe trip.

You can sometimes just do not bring your dog along on your travels. Although you will miss her, do you want to have both a much better time if she is in good hands. If you have not made arrangements yet, you should jump on it before options become scarce. Considering a boarding kennel? Educate yourself before you board your dog so you know what to look for. Personally, I like to hire a pet sitter if my dog can't come with me. I prefer only to extra-special personal touch.

What are your travel plans this summer? Want your dog to come or stay at home?

Shedding season is here

Picture of Dog Shedding - Dog Hair and Shedding Dogs

As most owners of dog know travel season is here. As usual, my own dog shedding like it is going out of style. She is a fairly high shedding dog year round, but in the spring she throws enough for three or four dogs. Autumn is also pretty bad, but it is nothing like the spring shed. Sometimes I feel like I should not bother cleaning the House until July. Unfortunately, shedding resolved-not just for my own sake, but for my dog health. The good news is that there are several ways to handle the shed.

First and foremost, you can find it useful to know more about why dogs shed in the first place. Then, learn about the basic ways to manage dog shedding. It is not too bad If you are staying on top of it with regular grooming and continuous cleaning. I have never said it was fun, but it is at least not so difficult to do.

I swear, I can see my dog Undercoat comes before my eyes. I have to Grab my favourite tool: FURminator deShedding tool. Hair be away! How would you prefer to deal with the travel season on your house?
