Can you afford your dog?

Can you really know what it costs to care for a dog? Many of us budget unfortunately too low for our dog expenses. In reality, cost of ownership's dog many variables, which makes it even harder to predict costs. The size of your dog will drive up the cost of dog food and products. Your dog health is also an important factor when it comes to expenditure. Bottom line: owning a dog is expensive, and it seems prices always will.

Many veterinarians are accused of being a money-hungry and ugly, but the fact is that veterinarians have under-valued their services in years, and many still not charging enough to make the costs of running a practice. But even if prices are justified, it does not mean we can afford to pay them. Times are tough. They have been in years, and it does not seem to get much better. Many people have unfortunately had to give up their dogs due to financial constraints. Before you become one of them, take a look at some ways you can save money on dog care. Financial problems are stressful and depressing enough as it is. For many of us would life without a dog be much worse.
