According to The Telegraph (UK), was a beautiful red Tibetan mastiff puppy recently sold for 10 million Yuan. There are around $ 1.5 million! 11 month old puppy, named Big Splash ("Hong Dong" in Chinese) already weighs over 180 pounds and is nearly three metres high. The breeder Lu Liang could reveal the identity of the buyer, but says that he is a wealthy coal baron from northern China. Mr. Lu says buyer seemed to really love the puppy and felt he was a good investment: "as a male dog, he can be rented to other breeders to as much as 100,000 yuan a shot.
