This week's featured race was chosen in honor of "Sadie" AKA Ch Roundtown Mercedes of Maryscot., best in Show winner at last year's Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show Westminster. 2011 is just a few days away, and probably another breed of dog wins the title of the best show. For now, let us celebrate Scottie.

Scottish Terrier or Scottie, is an active and bold dog with very short legs and a small but sturdy build. Scottie is strong and fearless, but makes also a a devoted Companion. This race is well known for its distinctive beard and short stature, as good as it is frequent Scottish clothing in pictures and cartoons. Scotties has been owned by many well-known personalities over the years, including Queen Victoria, Franklin d. Roosevelt, Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart, and George w. Bush. Scotties love also? Tell us all about them.
